Who We Are

Hannah Store is a Modest Fashion store specialised in selling Jubah and Blouse. Over the past 12 years, we have sold more than 300,000 Jubah and Blouse and serve about 20,000 happy & return customer. 

 

Hannah Apparels' Cutting

Based on 12 years experiences in selling Jubah & blouse, we believe that our cutting will suit most of the customers. Our Jubah and blouse's measurement is based on bust size (NOT bra size) which is measured one round from end to end (refer to the picture below).

We do not advice our customer to measure your size using shoulder due to 90% of customer normally measure wrongly for their shoulder and end up buying the wrong size. 

 

 

For example, if your bust is 36.5 inch, 37 inch or 38 inch, then your suitable size will be M size. If your bust is exactly 38 inch and you prefer to wear slightly loose, you may go for L size.  After all, this is based on individual's wearing preference. We would suggest to buy a slightly bigger rather than a smaller one.

This measurement will be applicable to all customers except those who have BROAD shoulder. Then you need to measure your shoulder along with bust size.

For example, your bust size is 45.5 inch and your shoulder is 19 inch, then your recommended size will be size 4XL or 48. 

 

Hannah Size Chart

All collections' measurement should be referred to the following size chart.  All of our collections come with size from Xs to 5XL, some popular design even up to 10XL. 

i)  normal size size chart from Xs to XL.

 

ii)  plus size from 2XL to 5XL.

iii)  Jumbo Size - the size starts from 6XL to 10XL.

How to Place Order

1.  Place order using Website. Before you proceed to checkout, you need to sign up as member first. This will facilitate you for future order and follow up on status. Click here if you wanna sign up as member now. 

2.  Place order using Messenger. You just send us picture or name of the apparel together with your size. Our customer service will help you to place order and process for you. 

3.  Place order using Whatsapp. You have to give us picture or name of the apparel together with your size. Our customer service will help you to place order and process for you.

Delivery & Duration

1.  Our delivery is estimated around 5 - 9 days as all items are made to order from our tailor shop. 

2.  We engage with premium courier service Ninjavan to deliver our parcel securely using doorstep service.

3.  The shipping charge is SGD 6 regardless of how many quantity. Therefore, buy more item per order will save you some postage.  

 

How to request for COD, cash on delivery

1.  We have cash on delivery service for customer who are unable to perform online banking or transfer at ATM.

2.  For COD, the parcel estimate will reach in about 1 weeks and NOT applicable for URGENT order

3.  The total invoice value allowed for cod is capped at SGD 150 (ex shipping and cod charge)
